We have a tremendous amount of flexibility to provide reports in both electronic formats and hard copy. Burnett is pleased to have implemented a Business Intelligence Software program that enables us to provide extensive drill-down reporting of performance tracking data. We can uniquely customize reports based on our clients' specific needs. Our current scope of reporting capabilities is extensive and ongoing as additional reporting features are continuously being added.

Additionally, we would propose to meet with each client to establish service benchmark levels so that we can define our quality measures and reports moving forward. We have successfully worked with many of our clients in designing and developing quality metrics and reports to keep both of our organizations focused on quality improvement. In addition to the reports requested in the terms and conditions, it is critical that we establish and capture any additional data points that a client would need so that we can effectively provide accurate reporting back to their Recruitment & Management team.
