My experience with Burnett Staffing has been one of great satisfaction. My requests for temporary help have been met with a "can do" attitude. The placements are talented and the requirements for the job are always met. That tells me that the screening process you all have really works. I appreciate that.

We have relied on Burnett Staffing for most of our temporary and recruiting needs for the past ten years. We have relied on Burnett to staff a range of positions, including warehouse help for a day to a temporary staff of over 100, as well as recruiting for permanent positions both technical and administrative.
In my years of working with Burnett Staffing, I have found them to be attentive and perceptive in understanding our objectives, and creative in finding ways to meet our needs. We have sometimes had unreasonable requirements, including delayed project starts followed by accelerated ramp-up with little notice. Overall, Burnett has responded to our needs and provided more qualified candidates than could have reasonably been expected.
In addition, Burnett's support of ongoing staffing needs has been above par in all cases. Their staff has provided support, follow-up and assistance, and have always ensured that they are "at the table" to help with any issues, whether that is coming up with a more clearly defined attendance policy, to following up on any performance issues with employees supplied to us. I receive, on average, about three inquiries each week from other staffing companies. I no longer take calls or meetings with these other vendors, no matter how insistent they are. I have concluded that I can get a better level of service from Burnett than I would from anyone else, and this allows me to focus on my primary business objectives.

Our company has done business with Burnett since 2000. We usually have at least one on-going part-time temporary position they fill, plus additional short-term positions as needed.
Donna Baker has been our contact for many years. She, and the rest of the staff, has always been very professional and responsive.
