We have relied on Burnett Staffing for most of our temporary and recruiting needs for the past ten years. We have relied on Burnett to staff a range of positions, including warehouse help for a day to a temporary staff of over 100, as well as recruiting for permanent positions both technical and administrative.
In my years of working with Burnett Staffing, I have found them to be attentive and perceptive in understanding our objectives, and creative in finding ways to meet our needs. We have sometimes had unreasonable requirements, including delayed project starts followed by accelerated ramp-up with little notice. In addition, Burnett's support of ongoing staffing needs has been above par in all cases. Their staff has provided support, follow-up and assistance, and have always ensured that they are "at the table" to help with any issues, whether that is coming up with a more clearly defined attendance policy, to following up on any performance issues with employees supplied to us. I receive, on average, about three inquiries each week from other staffing companies. I no longer take calls or meetings with these other vendors, no matter how insistent they are. I have concluded that I can get a better level of service from Burnett than I would from anyone else, and this allows me to focus on my primary business objectives.
