VP of Tax

An Energy company located in the Downtown area is seeking a VP of Tax to add to their team.

To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting , CPA, 10-15 yrs. of tax experience with a large public company. knowledge of regulatory accounting applicable to electric and gas operations are highly preferred.

In this position you will be responsible for the company's corporate tax work, including federal, state and local compliance, research, planning, and related tax audits. Areas of tax that you will be handling include income tax, franchise, sales and use, property tax, and federal excise tax. You will also manage a group of 17.

Pay - $200k+
