Energy company located in the Conroe area is seeking
a
Quality Control Manager - Casing and Tubing to add to their team.
To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have 6 years of experience in a Quality Manager role and At least one of the following Quality Certifications: API 5CT or API 5L
, Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Equivalent, Experience in Casing and Tubing Manufacturing, Technical experience in production.
In this position you will be responsible for - Implements Quality policies and programs, ensuring compliance of plant operations with company policies
- Provides technical assistance during the production cycle
- Validates quality requirements and technical specifications of customers and performs follow-up
on external audits.
- Main decisions to take:
- Oversees communication and implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and objectives
- Controls quality levels of manufactured products
- Responsible for customer satisfaction on the quality of products and services
- Ensures Quality specifications are duly met monitoring non-conformities
- Provides technical assistance during the production cycle
- Oversees Non-Destructive Testing processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong Quality Control background within the Piping/Tubing industry
- At least one of the following Quality Certifications: API 5CT or API 5L
- Previous experience of 6 or more years
- Bachelor’s degree
