An Insurance Claims company located in the North Dallas area is seeking
a Claims Director to add to their team.
To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have 10 – 15 years experience in managing a business enterprise of 75+ employees in multiple locations nationwide , Experience managing in call center environment, Production/operations experience and knowledge of process flow. Bachelor’s degree
is highly preferred.
In this position you will be responsible for all claims and related operations nationwide. Overseeing all day to day management aspects of Claims Department (100+ employees, including approximately 6 managers). Responsible for dealing with high level carrier and client file issues.
-Monitoring and responsible for various regulatory/compliance requirements.
-Providing written strategy for planned growth on a semi-annual basis based on Marketing Projections.
-Developing and managing training programs (i.e. review of damages, documentation, coverage, overturning denials, effective processing).
-Managing insurance-related client issues with staff. Meeting monthly, annual production, and profitability goals.
-Improving efficiencies in all areas, developing and implementing budgets. Supporting business development needs for current and future business.
-Public/keynote speaking at conferences and other industry related activities regularly to speak about mortgage claims to the industry.
-Monitoring various regulatory/compliance requirements.
*Public adjuster license required within six months of hire*
*Ability to travel up to 50%*
Pay - $90 - $150k
