Business Intelligence Solutions ManagerJob Reference #: 41-56206-10KG A global oilfield provider of engineered services and products located in NW Houston is looking for a Business Intelligence Solution Manager to be a strategist, champion and execution leader for the company’s Business Intelligence needs. Road mapping the future of BI within the organization and conveying relevant information to end users at all levels will be a significant element of the position. Candidate should have exceptional knowledge of supporting Business Intelligence tools as well as knowledge of Oracle database architecture and PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management applications. You will be providing leadership for the Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse implementation, administration, configuration, maintenance and project management, as well as being accountable for driving delivery of all Business Intelligence reporting solutions. To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/business related field; a Master Degree is a plus. The successful candidate must have exceptional knowledge of Oracle’s OBIEE or SAP’s Business Object as well as knowledge of Oracle database architecture and PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management applications, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience desirable. Also required is a proven ability to apply BI strategies, in project delivery (including data modeling and warehousing, query development). Prior experience working overseas in multiple cultures and with many nationalities desirable. Other Required Qualifications: Possess a basic working knowledge of the following: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Access and the internet Be highly competent in business process development, analysis and continuous improvement with the BI domain Possess good analytical skills in order to troubleshoot and resolve business process, information system and interpersonal issues Have good general supervisory, team building and influential leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks is necessary Solid team leadership and management skills highly desirable Pay - $110K - $115K DOE - Great Benefits!
