An Oil and Gas company located in the Greenway Plaza is seeking an Analyst III to add to their team.

To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Master's in Taxation and or CPA, 3-5 years experience in audit/tax controversy and or corporate income tax.

In this position you will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Manager Tax Controversies with the Federal and State tax audits by gathering support for positions taken on tax returns. Respond to IRS Information Document Requests (IDRs) and State audit inquiries by retrieving relevant business records/work papers. Analyze IRS Notice of Proposed Adjustments and assist in negotiating settlements with the IRS.

Pay - $60-75k
